About the Project

Located in Seattle, Washington, the Cosmopolitan Condominium offers elegant housing directly in the heart of the city. The first 8 floors of the 34-story tower are dedicated to residential parking and retail, with spaces starting at $25,000 per spot. The 253 condominium units start on the 10th floor, providing residents with an incredible sight of the city skyline, establishing itself as a premier residential location. Throughout the design stage, architects incorporated CS’ Architectural Grilles into the exterior of the structure. These Grilles, placed over windows, reduce the harsh direct sunlight from entering each room, yet allow regulated air and natural light to flow through. These grilles also enhance the visual appeal of the exterior by complementing the architectural aesthetics, properly showcasing CS’ ability to incorporate functionality with design.
