About the Project

KIKU Crossings is a 7-story affordable housing apartment complex comprised of over 200 units. Located in San Mateo, California, the KIKU Crossings parking garage provides residents with convenient accessibility to their vehicles. Surrounding the exterior of the parking garage are CS’ Decorative Facade Fins. Our Fin sunshades not only effectively minimise direct sunlight infiltration into the parking garage but also uniquely integrate a distinctive design aspect into the facade, providing the structure with a functional yet visually appealing solution.
