About the Project

Located in Plano, Texas, Advance Heart Care caters to patients from across the southern United States. The facility's construction aimed to alleviate congestion at neighboring centers and enhance the overall patient experience. This state-of-the-art cardiovascular healthcare center took on a unique mission, balancing both functionality and design seamlessly. CS' Cantilevered Vertical Sunshades were strategically placed along a prominent wall of windows next to the front entrance. These sunshades offer a dual advantage by optimizing energy efficiency, countering the relentless Texan heat and sunlight, while still allowing the inflow of natural light. Beyond their functional role, our sunshades also serve as a distinctive architectural feature, infusing the facility with a unique blend of form and function.
