About the Project

Located in Chicago, IL, the Ann & Robert H. Lurie Children’s Hospital of Chicago (Lurie’s Children’s) provides acute pediatric care to patients from across the nation. While in construction, CS Storm Resistant Louvres were implemented into the tower's exterior. These Louvres not only provide the hospital with adequate airflow in and out of the facility but also seamlessly blend into the facade, creating a coherent exterior appearance. By partnering with CS, Lurie’s Children’s Hospital enhanced patient comfort and building sustainability without hindering the initial design, showing our ability to pair form and function in the healthcare market.
