About the Project

The University of Hawaii Technology building is a 74,000 sqft IT education center located in Honolulu, Hawaii. Lining the walls of the exterior are CS Sun Control Solutions. The sun controls found in this project consist of white horizontal sunshades and are used to limit the amount of direct sunlight that enters the building. These sun controls also create a unique architectural visual for the exterior of the structure, allowing designers to elevate interior comfort and building aesthetics at the same time.
