Collin College Wylie Campus

About the Project

Centered in Wylie, Texas, the 339,000-square-foot Collin College Wylie Campus will serve as an all-encompassing educational facility for residing students. The entire project consists of four buildings all within the 96-acre campus giving students easy access to each structure. The campus includes a student center, a campus common, a learning resource center, and a central utility plant, making navigation easy and efficient. During the building process, CS architectural sun controls were incorporated into design plans to provide students with a comfortable interior to escape the direct Texas sun. Our sunshades not only enhance the interior environment but also add exceptional visual appeal to the architecture. By partnering with CS, Collin College was able to create both a sustainable and comfortable environment for students, while adding remarkable design aesthetics during the process.
