About the Project

At Fairleigh Dickinson University in Teaneck, New Jersey, CS Sun Controls can be spotted on the exterior of the Monninger Center for Learning and Research. The sun controls used in this project include steel cable Cascade sunshades with Airfoil blades. These sun controls have a dual purpose as they not only provide sun protection to create a more comfortable interior, but they coherently add a unique architectural element to the exterior of the building. By partnering with CS, designers were able to showcase our ability to create products that influence both functionality and design.
